Privacy and account requests

Alma accounts can be deleted from inside the app. For a request to access or delete personal data, use the contact address stated in the current Privacy Policy. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.

Subscriptions and billing

Alma subscriptions are purchased through Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription from the Subscriptions section of your Apple Account settings. Refund decisions are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law; Alma cannot directly change an App Store charge.
